Coldwell Banker Burns & Burns Realty is proud to congratulate Michael Wise on earning his Associate Broker License. This certification has some intense requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a real estate salesperson
- Pass a criminal background check
- High school diploma
- 240 hours of real estate training/studying
- Required 30 hours each of Real Estate Law, Finance, Office Management
- 30 hours of optional courses in Real Estate Sales, Real Estate Valuation, Property Management, Residential Construction, and Advanced Residential Construction
- Pass both the Pennsylvania and National Real Estate Broker exams
Michael took his exams on Saturday, July 15th, and his license was issued on July 17th. He is now an associate broker of Coldwell Banker Burns & Burns Realty.
