On Monday, August 12th, 2019, Burns & Burns made the investment to host an Errors and Omissions training event for all of their nine branches in Clarion, Pennsylvania. There were thirty three Burns and Burns team members in attendance. The class instructed by Kym Martell who is a well credentialed individual who has immense experience and expertise in the insurance industry. This class provided the Burns & Burns team with the tools to best service their beloved clients. The importance of strong documentation and communication between the agency and the insured was highlighted. Best practices and industry trends was also discussed.
